Seven days after migrants were rescued from the Mediterranean Sea off the Libyan coast, the Humanity 1 ship of the German NGO SOS Humanity has arrived in the port of Bari. Caritas welcomes migrants with “open arms”

More immigrants landed in Salerno
Three children under the age of one are said to be among the people rescued from the sea. The migrants were also tested for Covid-19 after arriving in Bari. On Sunday, another 248 migrants disembarked in the port of Salerno, south of Naples.
