Solo is a website builder announced by Mozilla Innovation Studio at the end of last year that relies on artificial intelligence (AI) and a very simple creation process. Solo 1.3 is now available and brings many innovations.
As part of Innovation Week in December 2023, Mozilla Innovation Studio announced Solo. This is a so-called website builder with a focus on freelancers, which relies on generative AI to make the creation process as simple as possible.

Since the launch of Mozilla Added some functions. Now Mozilla has completed the Solo 1.3 release. These are the innovations:
- Github has been added as a new social media linking option
- New Fit vs. Fill option for images in the intro section and text logo
- Two new font pairs
- Mobile preview added
- The maximum number of FAQs has been increased to 12 questions and the team size has been increased to 12 people
- Support for check marks in RTF input fields
- Improved readability of photo captions in the photo carousel
- Improved image resolution for images on the published website
- New styles for buttons with and without outline have been added
- Add custom questions to the contact form
- New newsletter area so customers can sign up for the mailing list
- New setup pages to get started using Yelp, Facebook, or Thumbtack links
- Apply image shapes to images in the intro section and text logo
- New navigation transition to a link within the page
- New explanatory dialog box when adding new sections to your website
- Added visible character count for all fields
- Fixed a bug with loading Google Analytics when the cookie banner is enabled
- Many other small bugs and performance improvements
Free to use Solo. Only low costs are incurred when using a custom domain. Next, there are more editing and design options, a section for client logos, a new library for using icons on the site, and allowing multiple users to edit the site. Road map.
