The 42-year-old, who has kicked for Werder Bremen and Verdi Stuttgart in Germany, will start work on January 7, Vorarlberg announced. Magnin previously worked as a coach back home at FC Zurich.
“After parting with Damir Kennedy, we had very intense days and discussions with many interesting coaching candidates. With Ludovic Magnin, it was clear from the start that he was excited about his position as head coach of SCR Altach and wanted to return to the field,” said Altach Werner Sports Director. Grager.
Magnin himself is looking forward to getting to know the team from the bottom of the Austrian League. “We’ve had a good exchange in the past few days and will do everything we can to achieve our common goal – landing – in the spring,” he said.
