Almost without exception, Nintendo holds one every September Nintendo Direct Show. Unless 2023 is the next exception, we’re now quickly approaching broadcast day, which is sparking the rumor mill once again. Euro, a supposed insider who has gained some credibility due to recent leaks, is attracting attention with new clues about upcoming announcements. In June, one person correctly predicted the unveiling of titles like Super Mario Bros. Wonder and Pikmin 1+2.
On the first note, Pyoro says that fans of a certain MATLAB feature will have an upcoming Nintendo Direct to look forward to. MATLAB is a digital computation and programming platform that offers various functions and tools. Fans believe they have solved the mystery of Pyoro because one of the features it offers is called “fzero” – an obvious reference to the Nintendo Future Racer series of the same name. However, this does not mean a legacy branch of the Nintendo Switch Online service, as the insider explains in the follow-up post.
But it doesn’t look like F-Zero is the only Nintendo brand that can celebrate its potential return. The second Pyoro clue consists of a GIF showing a scene with it Donkey Kong From the Super Mario Bros. movie trailers. No more, no less. Nintendo’s world-famous gorilla recently took a long break. Rumors appeared from time to time about a new part of the series, but they have not materialized yet. If Nintendo announces a new Donkey Kong game, it will be the first new adventure in over nine years.
What do you mean? Will we see the return of F-Zero and Donkey Kong in the upcoming Nintendo Direct?
