Novak saves himself in overtime at LAYJET-OPEN

It was a very exciting LAYJET-OPEN semi-final in Bad Waltersdorf between Austrian local champion Denis Novak and Czech Vit Kopriva on Sunday, which started almost six hours late this time due to rain. The 30-year-old from Lower Austria (ATP 253) saved no less than five match points at scores of 3:6 and 3:5 (one match point) and in the second round tiebreak (four match points) and won by quick decision, much to everyone’s delight.
