Baldur’s Gate III is one of the hottest PC titles right now – and NVIDIA is honoring this by releasing new game-ready drivers, which are said to significantly improve performance.
At more or less regular intervals, NVIDIA releases new game-ready drivers in order to optimize internal GeForce graphics cards for new versions. This time the focus is on the current hype title Baldur’s Gate III from Larian Studios. Apart from the epic RPG, the new driver also introduces DLSS in Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Gord.
But back to Baldur’s Gate III: thanks to the game-ready driver, the role-playing game receives an average 93 percent DLSS performance boost – at least that’s what NVIDIA itself promises. In addition to DLAA to maximize graphics quality, the title also supports the option to increase the frame rate thanks to DLSS 2 boost. The percentage increase refers to RTX 40 series desktop GPUs.
Thanks to the new drivers, it should be possible to play Baldur’s Gate III in 4K with all settings at over 60fps when using an NVIDIA graphics card.
In addition, the drivers also bring optimal settings via GeForce Experience for six other games, namely:
- exoprimal
- Jagged Alliance 3
- lost judgment
- Portal: Prelude RTX
- Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart
- residue 2
