Due to the huge interest in their comeback, British pop band Oasis have announced three more shows for the summer of 2025. The group, made up of brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher, will play additional concerts in their hometown of Manchester on July 16, at London's Wembley Stadium on July 30, and in the Scottish capital of Edinburgh on August 12. Songwriter and guitarist Noel Gallagher justified the move to X with “unprecedented demand”.
Fifteen shows are scheduled in Great Britain: five each in Manchester and London, three in Edinburgh and two in the Welsh capital Cardiff. The band will also appear in two shows on August 16 and 17 in the Irish capital Dublin, as is already known. Pre-sales start this Saturday.
There is still speculation about a larger tour, for example across North America. The band's website, referring to the tour's name, says: “There are plans to take Oasis Live '25 to other continents outside Europe over the next year.”
Oasis announced their reunion on Tuesday. The comeback comes nearly 15 years to the day after the Gallagher brothers had a heated argument, and 30 years after the release of their debut album, Definitely Maybe.
