PIERER Mobility AG’s sales with the KTM, Husqvarna and GASGAS motorcycle brands will grow by 15 to 20 percent in 2022.
Shortly before the end of the year, PIERER Mobility AG reported an increase in sales forecasts for the 2022 financial year and a proposal for a dividend of at least €2 per share. Because sales growth in fiscal 2022 is between 15 and 20 percent.
On December 27, the Board of Directors of PIERER Mobility AG announced that the published sales forecast for the fiscal year 2022 will be increased again. It will be raised to a growth of between 15 and 20 percent compared to the previous year. Previously projected sales growth for fiscal 2022 was between 10 and 15 percent.
EBIT margin forecasts of 8 to 10 percent and EBITDA margins of between 15 and 17 percent remain unchanged.
In coordination with the main shareholder Pierer Bajaj AG, the Board of Directors will propose to the Supervisory Board and the Annual General Meeting a dividend of at least 2 euros per share worth of dividends based on the expected record result for the fiscal year 2022, which will be at least double the profits of the previous year.
