It happened again! Free games on PlayStation Plus Essential have been pre-leaked with great regularity over the past few months – and at least two games from the new collection have now been announced.
New game information is being offered regularly to all PlayStation Plus subscribers starting at the base level for free at the beginning of the month. Sony will likely make the official announcement next October, but at least some of it may no longer be strictly necessary. Two titles have now been previously leaked again.
The leak source couldn’t be more reliable, after all, Billbil-kun is once again reporting on the upcoming PlayStation Plus lineup. The same insiders have already hit the mark in the past with a 100 percent rate when it comes to the collection of games on PS Plus Essential. Unlike usual, the full October lineup was not announced today, just two headliners.
So you can first look to the Callisto Protocol. This sci-fi survival horror game is considered a spiritual successor to Dead Space, but unfortunately it doesn’t live up to expectations overall. If you still want to give the game a chance, you can now do so as a PS Plus subscriber without any financial risks.
There’s also Farming Simulator 22, which is particularly popular in Germany and can also be played for free on PlayStation. Anyone who has not yet immersed himself in the simulation of managing his empire as a farmer with different machines will also have the opportunity to do so.
The official announcement of the full lineup is expected tomorrow, Wednesday, September 27, 2023. The new titles will be available starting Tuesday, October 3, 2023; Until then, you can still secure your September lineup in PlayStation Plus Essential.
