Prince Harry, 37, has filed a lawsuit in Great Britain against the publisher of the Daily Mail. On Wednesday, the Palestinian News Agency reported, citing judicial documents. It was not initially clear the cause of the suit and against the publication of Associated Newspapers Limited (ANL) which was directed.
Harry’s wife, Duchess Meghan, 40, won a court last year in a dispute over the partial publication of a private letter to her father in the Mail on Sunday against ANL.
Harry is also involved in legal battles with publishers The Sun (News Group Newspapers) and The Mirror (Reach), whom he accuses of using illegal methods such as cell-tapping to obtain information.
He has another legal dispute against the UK Home Office: he wants police protection for himself and his family when they are in the UK, and is offering them to pay for it himself. But the ministry refuses.
Harry and Meghan have left the royal family’s inner circle. They now live in Santa Barbara, California with their children Archie (2) and Lilipt (8 months).
