HBLA Klosterneuburg begins its symposium season 2022/23 on September 28 with the course “Vegetable Processing Technologies”. The program again includes hands-on courses on topics such as pruning, pruning fruit trees or preparing fruit juice. The classics in viticulture are the Cellar Management Course and the Formal Tasting Course with Examination. There are also tasting and sensory courses for fruit and fruit distillates. Distillation courses can also be completed in Klosterneuburg. Separate seminars dedicated to the cultivation of apricots and grapes.
The most intense month in the cycle is January, which begins with dripping and pruning and ends with the “fine-adjust before bottling” cycle. Formal wine-tasting training in Klosterneuburg can also be completed by examination.
In February, an interesting “do-it-yourself” vaccination course for fruit trees. Finally, in March, the focus is on the production of sparkling wine using the traditional method, pruning of fruit trees and apricot fruits.
