Rayman misses Colts with ankle injury

The Indianapolis Colts will miss Bernard Rayman in their third NFL game at home against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday. The Vienna attacking midfielder is out with an ankle injury to duel with the 2019/20 season champion.

Raimann, the first Austrian not to hold a center manager position in the NFL, came off the bench in the first two games and, after a 0:24 bankruptcy in Jacksonville, was already a potential replacement for Matt Pryor as the left tackle was brought into play. After all, the Colts can fall back on wide receiver Michael Bateman Jr. against the Chiefs.

Cleveland beats Pittsburgh

In Game One of the third round, the Cleveland Browns celebrated their second win of the season Thursday night (local time) with a 29:17 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers. Quarterback Jacoby Brisset had two touchdowns and didn’t miss a pass.

Brissett is the temporary replacement for the Browns, who have signed Deshaun Watson to a five-year, $230 million contract. Due to an 11-game NFL ban, Watson will not be able to play against his former team, the Houston Texans, until November at the earliest. 24 women sued him for sexual assault.

It was the Steelers’ second defeat in the first season after veteran NFL veteran Ben Rohtlisberger retired. His replacement as quarterback, Mitchell Trubesky, made 20 of 32 passes for his teammate and scored a goal himself.
