ImmoAgentur Stadium is ready. On Saturday 9 December, SC Austria Lustenau will play its first home match at Bregenz. At 5pm we will play against WSG Tirol from Wattens. The oval was previously modified to play in the first Austrian football league in cooperation with the federal and state governments as well as SC Austria Lustenau and SW Bregenz.

The natural grass pitch has been refurbished and now measures 105 x 68 metres, and to keep it frost-free, a turf heating system consisting of around 25,000 linear meters of pipe has been installed, which is connected to a mobile heating centre. As a result, various modifications and new construction were also necessary for long jump facilities.

The floodlight system has been updated. 24 new LED spotlights have been installed on each of the four masts, which have a color temperature of 5,700 K and a brightness of 1,000 lux. The electrical installation also had to be completely renewed or modified. Two camera towers were set up on either side of the main stage area for television recordings. A rear goal camera tower has also been installed behind the south goal and the main camera platform in the main stand has been expanded. The big screen at Lustenau Stadium was disassembled, modified and reassembled in Bregenz.

For safety, especially in the away fans sector, modifications have been made such as: b. High fencing and safety nets. The roof continued on either side of the existing east stand roof and was designed as a pent roof with a scaffolding structure. There are now 680 additional seats in the east and south stands, of which 225 were dismantled in Lustenau and reassembled in Bregenz. Existing toilet facilities have been expanded with toilet containers. VIP tent, ticket selling facilities, catering, etc. are located near the project.
