Press reviews
VGC – Final Fantasy 7 is an excellent RPG featuring some of the best characters in gaming. While some of the open world content scratches around the edges and the game's main story remains a bit thin, the time you spend with Aerith, Tifa, and the gang makes this a highly entertaining road trip that will keep you playing for hundreds of hours.
IGN – Final Fantasy VII Rebirth impressively builds on what the Remake started as a first-person role-playing game filled with exciting challenge and depth, a stunning re-creation of a world that has meant so much to so many for so long. After 82 hours of completing the main story and a good portion of side quests and optional activities, there's still a lot to do, making this important section of the original game feel absolutely massive.
PS Games – Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth is a great game and manages to surpass its great predecessor. Given the massive scope of Rebirth, the first game feels like a little introduction and now the game really begins. Despite the scale, we never had a moment of boredom. The game is more varied and varied than we've seen in a long time. We were delighted by the new gameplay elements, which constantly presented us with new challenges. In addition to this, the wonderful characters and attractive story always touch us with emotional moments.
