SC Austria Lustenau celebrates their third win in the third round of the Second Admiral League. Surprise Vorarlberg again and celebrate with a 2-1 home win against FC Liefering.
In a very attractive strike, both teams seek redemption in attack from the start. Livaring’s Nene Dorgils missed his first big chance when he swept the ball past Elias Havel’s cross (12th).
The hosts cheer for the first hit. Liefering goalkeeper Adam Stejskal was only able to parry a shot from Wallace for a while, and Pius Graber was there and dusted him off (24th place).
Guests respond immediately – after Stangl’s pass from Dogeles, Daniel Owusu lunged from close range (26th place).
In the 35th minute, Lustenau’s Jan Stefanon, who broke into the place of injured goalkeeper Haris Tabakovic, failed in the turns. Wallace does a better job in the 38th minute – after a sharp ball from Michael Chikua inside the penalty area, Salzburg cannot clear the ball and the Brazilian takes advantage of it.
Even after the break, it swings back and forth. Vorarlburger has better chances. Stejskal made his first save against Stefanon after a superb solo performance by Muhammed Sham Saracevic (50th place) and then featured a header from Jean Huguenot (71).
In the 89th minute, Junior, newcomer to Lustenau, who had been replaced just six minutes before, saw yellow and red. But Leverenger’s latest attack is still unsuccessful even in the majority.
For runner-up Levering, this is the first point loss under new coach Rene Aufhauser.
