Did Horner actually signal the decision at Spa?

Speaking on Sunday evening, Horner said: “The frustrating thing is that nobody wants to see Checo fight. Everyone wants to see him succeed because it hurts to see him in the position he is in. Nobody wants to make that decision, of course you talk about it every day, but as a team we want him to move forward.”
After another frustrating race, Perez said he was tired of dealing with constant rumours about his future: “I think we have a lot to do in the team and a lot of things to focus on and we can’t waste any of our energy on all this speculation.”
“This is the last time I will talk about my future, and to make it clear to everyone, I will not talk anymore. I will not answer any more questions about the future.”
