Silbereisen continues on ARD

MDR program director Klaus Brink Böhmer was quoted as saying: “Festivals” with Florian Silbereisen is “innovative” and manages to attract many new viewers at the same time” and maintain its loyal fans. “Festivals” has become a truly multi-generational program, and Florian Silbereisen has become host He builds bridges between people through his performances.” All five shows will also be shown in the third MDR program. The series of “Festivals” shows on the community program ARD Das Erste includes several Silbereisen music programmes, such as “The Advent Festival of 100,000 Lights”. A number of pop stars appear in the shows. MDR is responsible for this entertainment area on ARD.
