Singer Nick Carter denied the allegations

The 39-year-old woman and her lawyer made the allegations public at a press conference. The woman said that at the age of 17, she was raped by 21-year-old Carter on his tour bus after a concert in Washington. Carter’s attorney, Michael Holtz, denied the allegations in a statement. This is “completely incorrect”. The lawyer said the woman had made false accusations for several years and repeatedly changed the allegations. Carter joined the Backstreet Boys in the mid-1990s. The five-piece band is one of the most successful boy bands in the world.
