sThere are personal changes at Raiffeisen-Holding NÖ-Wien (R-Holding NÖ-Wien) and at Raiffeisenlandesbank NÖ-Wien.
Raiffeisen-Holding NÖ-Wien has announced that the management of R-Holding will be reduced from three to two members in the future and there will be a change of board of directors at RLB NÖ-Wien with two new members.
From March 2023, the management of R-Holding NÖ-Wien will consist of Michael Höllerer, who was appointed General Manager in March of this year, and Claudia Süssenbacher. Veronica Haslinger and Michael Rapp have retired as former members of the Board of Directors.
Sosenbacher is currently the Director of Operations at Erste Group Bank and has experience in operational risk management, change management and digitization projects.
There will also be structural changes to the RLB NÖ-Wien Board of Directors effective March 1, 2023. Board members Michael Raab and Andreas Fleischmann have resigned. Sosenbacher and Roland Mitchler will take over these positions. Mechtler is currently Head of Group Regulatory Affairs and Data Governance at Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI).
