Tunnel23 Advisory Team (from left to right): Elaine Okafor, Marion Mueller, Rebecca Vanenschmidt, Stephanie Chudic and Melanie Fisher
New budget manager Rebecca Pfannenschmidt brings with her a lot of practical knowledge.
The customer service team grows around Director of Customer Service Melanie Fisher: Marketing and advertising expert Rebecca Pvannechmidt (35) works as the budget manager at Tunnel23. Born in Bremen, she was previously responsible for clients such as Uniqa, Bipa, jö Bonus Club and Libro at Heimat Wien advertising agency for three years. The already trained journalist and communications scientist has been tasked with strategic advice for the new client ÖGIG (the Austrian fiber-optic infrastructure company) at her new agency.
In addition to Pfannenschmidt, Tunnel23 expanded the existing team in the fall with two additional new experts from different regions: Eileen Okafor has moved from advertising agency Jung von Matt, and as an expert in branding and 360-degree campaigns, looks after new client ÖGIG and retail chain Billa. As a third new addition, Marion Mueller, formerly known as IPG Mediabrands, is strengthening client teams at Magenta Business and Billa with a focus on dynamic advertising campaigns on social networks. The new team constellation is rounded off with the upgrade of Account Manager Stephanie Chudic. She has successfully led web projects in Tunnel 23 for several years and has contributed many years of her web experience to the field.
Director of Customer Service Melanie Fisher on the new arrivals: “We are very pleased that we have been able to expand our fantastic consulting team with so much quality and diversity. With Rebecca, Eileen and Marion, we have the right new experts to expand our comprehensive suite of services in this field to further expand the integrated communications business.”
