Alexander Zverev retained his third place in the ATP rankings after his ATP Finals title in Turin, but rose to 800 points over last-placed Daniil Medvedev. Novak Djokovic finished the year undisputed as the No. 1 in the world with a difference of 2,900 points over Medvedev.
Dominic Thiem occupies fifteenth place. With Denis Novak (118th), Jürg Rodionov (139th) and Sebastian Offner (191), three other Austrians are in the top 200.
In the women’s category, Masters winner Garbin Muguruza improved from fifth to third. Annette Kontaveit, the Estonian WTA Finalist, took one place and was ranked seventh like never before. The best Austrian is Barbara Haas, who is now on hiatus due to an injury, 175th, Julia Graber, 193.
