New premium feature The WP XACT 48mm closed cartridge suspension fork on the 2025 KTM 300 EXC HARDENDURO is the innovative primary valve preload adjustment. Adjusting the primary valve spring preload is said to have a significant impact on riding behavior and provides a greater range of adjustment. The primary valve preload adjusters allow for smooth manual adjustments while riding with a total suspension travel of 4mm – a seemingly simple change that has a big impact.
The driver can decide quickly and depending on the situation: Higher preload for improved stability on fast enduro trails or lower preload for more comfort on technical river courses. This modification affects almost the entire spring stroke and now allows for fully adjustable suspension, front and rear.
