Vienna – The ASFINAG Supervisory Board appoints Tamara Maria Christ as the new Managing Director of Service GmbH
Tamara Maria Christ has been unanimously appointed to manage Service GmbH (SG) by the ASFINAG Supervisory Board. This position will be exercised from 15 May 2022. Tamara Maria Christ will be responsible for managing the entire operational maintenance area of the SG for the next five years. This includes more than 1,000 dedicated employees in 38 highway maintenance depots, as well as human resources, employee protection, control and property management functions. Tamara Maria Christ takes on dual management with Christian Ebner.

Tamara Maria Christ has a PhD in Law and has also completed additional training, such as training for supervisory boards at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and a training package on the subject of auditing. She started her career in 2003 with Austrian Airlines. After working for a year at the Vienna Higher Regional Court and the University of Vienna, Tamara Maria Christ returned to the aviation field, where she held various management positions in several companies. Currently, until the change to the management of ASFINAG on May 15, the Vienna citizen acts as the representative of the Board of Directors for Financial Aid, is a signatory and general manager of the Austrian subsidiary Beteiligungen GmbH of Austrian Airlines.
