A few weeks before the release of the fantasy shooter, the developers of Ascendant Studios made a cinematic “Immortals of Aveum” available for viewing. This briefly goes into the shooter’s story and also shows the detailed facial animation.
In collaboration with Electronic Arts’ EA Origins brand, the developers at Ascendant Studios will release the fantasy shooter Immortals of Aveum for PC and consoles next month.
A few weeks before release, the developers took advantage of the current Comic-Con 2023 in San Diego, California, to present us with an amazing scene from “Immortals of Aveum”. With Jak, General Kirkan, and Zendara, three characters can be seen in this one, who play an important role in the history of the magic shooter.
In addition, the sequence gives us more details about the story of “Immortals of Aveum” and also shows the detailed animation of the shooter’s face.
Battle to control magic
With Immortals of Aveum, Ascendant Studios wants to bring a fresh breath to the shooter genre, both in terms of setting and gameplay. We are drawn into a fantasy world where several factions fight with each other and try to control powerful magical abilities.
In the midst of this struggle, we control the protagonist Jack, who one fateful day is unexpectedly elevated to the rank of Triarch-Magnus and engaged in struggles for the control of magic. His goal is to overthrow the tyrant Sandrak, whose cunning schemes could, at worst, lead to the end of the world.
On the battlefields of the Immortals of Aveum, in the skin of Jak, we use 25 unique spells, more than 80 talents and hundreds of pieces of magical equipment that allow you to improve your character and assert yourself in battle.
