Divided into four building blocks, 14 housing units are being built in Vienna Donaustadt.
Glorit is now represented by more than 20 projects around the nature and Alte Donau recreation area. Now the distinguished Viennese real estate developer is celebrating the launch of its next waterfront project.
The last building stage
With the ceremonial cladding, Gloret heralds the final construction phase of the building complex “An der Obere Alte Donau 177A bis 179” in the 22nd district of Vienna. Divided into four components, 14 two- to five-room residential units ranging in size from 59 to 189 square meters will be built by October 2023.

Entertainment and location
In addition to a wide range of opportunities for recreation and bathing in nature, there are many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Donau Zentrum, UNO-City and Vienna International School are within easy walking distance. With nearby U1 stations Kagran and Alte Donau, Stephansplatz can also be reached in just ten minutes.
Living sustainably
Also in this project, Gloret focuses on sustainable construction: “In addition to heat pumps as an efficient heating and cooling system, individually adjustable roof cooling systems in all rooms ensure a particularly pleasant room temperature in summer,” explains Messar. Furthermore, a photovoltaic system on the roof supplies green electricity to the common areas of the house.
649,900 euros for a two-room apartment
There is only one unit left for sale. This contains two rooms with an area of 65 square meters.
“The garden, including the terrace, is a spacious 63 square meters and ensures plenty of fresh air and relaxation within your four walls,” says Sattlegger.
In addition, the property’s basement cabins provide additional storage space and a vehicle can be parked in the underground car park. The two-bedroom apartment still available can be purchased directly from the developer without commission for €649,900 (as of June 20, 2023).
