Garisch Band in Burgenland celebrates its 25th anniversary this year. To mark the occasion, a series of cover versions will be released. The smallest song sung by Anna Bocheger, winner of Starmania 2021.

Florence Armann, Viennese born in Tyrol with a British passport, comes from a family of musicians: her father is a choir director, her mother is a vocal coach and the brothers are also professional musicians. Her name is Ida Turek, and she has the name Edna Million from the song Jockey is full of bourbon Borrowed from their role model Tom Waits.

When she was in school, her own voice did not always elicit friendly reactions from her classmates, for example when she sang in the choir with deep voices. It was always clear that she wanted to start something big musically with that particular timbre, so she also took singing lessons for a year so she could put her singing voice to better use. Her guitar playing only serves as a means to an end, and the expression lies in the singular sound.
