NAfter North Korea’s latest missile test, the United States Obstacles Five North Koreans were charged, one of whom is said to be living in Russia and four in China. The U.S. Treasury Department said Wednesday it was responsible for purchasing materials for the development of weapons of mass destruction and ballistic missiles. The missile tests “are further evidence that North Korea is pursuing banned plans despite calls from the international community for diplomacy and nuclear disarmament,” said Brian Nelson, secretary of the Treasury for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence.
