PwC Austria has won the “VR Evaluation KOIA” award and has developed, jointly with the Austrian Institute of Technology, an assessment tool that identifies digitally and with the aid of virtual reality whether an applicant’s personality fits with the company culture. The registered characteristics enable the company to make a value-based selection of job applicants and candidates to assess whether a future employer fits their own values ​​before they join the company.
