Three in One!: Club Championship * * * Summer Party * * * Annual General Meeting

Heralded, orchestrated, and celebrated in S.Portoneon Waldzell Riding Club! And all that in just one day!

But – thanks to the weather – it couldn’t have been nicer: Yesterday morning, Saturday June 3, 2023, at 9:00 am, 34 pairs of jockeys started Riding– And in the afternoon 21 participants in Jump Club Championships 2023!

Under the eyes of Judge Mrs. Christina Priet, he has ridden school horses, riding shares and horse owners in the Jockey Pass, Jockey Pin and R1 license categories in the dressage arena and in the course jumping for style jumping tests.

But then it meant waiting until the awards ceremony for the club champions, because the results were still secret for the time being, and the club champions were only announced as part of the General annual meeting They were announced, selected and congratulated on the evening by our President Klaus Wermann.

To make sure the time until the awards ceremony doesn’t pass too slowly, i summer party Grilled burgers (big thanks to Christina Genuss-Express) and chilled in the sun with homemade buns and pastries.

At the General Assembly meeting, we were able – in addition to the discharge of the Board of Directors and honoring the athletes – to congratulate 3 longtime employees of the Board of Directors and present them with the Bronze Medal for Sports Merit: to Stephanie Bergthaler and Yvonne Maoror and to Christina Schäuble – the latter handed over her office as treasurer to Ms. Martina Weibold . We say ‘thank you’, Chrissie, for all your help on the board over the years and we look forward to your support in the future, dear Martina!

All of our beginners can be especially happy about the high praise from judge Christina Brett for good dressage without exception and the very neat and clean jumping course!

Sportunion Reitverein Waldzell also says thanks to all the assistants who work so hard on this day and we look forward to a comfortable meeting at Next club night in Stüberl on June 16, 2023 from 6:30 p.m.!
