After winning the test two years ago, Drei Österreich once again won the gold medal in the Connect Customer Scale in 2022: for the eighth time in a row, Connect identified the satisfaction of around 3,400 mobile customers from the DACH region. The survey was conducted in Austria in April and May 2022. Three of them received the highest ratings in the categories of Customer Service, Brand, Provider and Service Application and won the Connect B2C Customer Scale with a score of 1.8.

Scores are based on scores. Connect uses a special points system, called WPS Score (WEKA Promoter Score). The ratings for the four individual categories of Brand/Provider, Customer Service, Network and Service Application are included in the overall score. While Connect asks about employee friendliness and responsiveness in customer service, the brand/provider category is about the image of standards and value for money, the network area is about availability, connection quality and reliability, and the service application is about their operations and scope of functionality.
