NUSofting's Eugene Filter is a unique low-pass filter plug-in based on a Cascade Integrated Comb (CIC) ladder filter. The developer emphasizes that this circuit provides self-oscillation characteristics, similar to typical synthesized VCFs, but with an “air” character and a wider range of reverberations.

Additionally, the Eugene Filter features emulation of a traditional 24dB transistor ladder filter. There's also a built-in chorus effect for more tonal variety, as well as the ability to adjust the dry to wet signal ratio. Eugene Filter is available in two versions. Paid version (10 euros) is compatible with the free version, but adds an encapsulated function and a “random walk LFO” for modification.

The plugin is running Mac And Windows like VST, VST3 And the African Union.
