Tour: Siemens sells road transport subsidiary to Italy’s Atlantia | 01/17/22

Munich (dpa-AFX) – Siemens is selling the road transport company Yunex Traffic to the Italian Atlantia Group. The infrastructure holding company, controlled by the Benetton family of entrepreneurs, is paying 950 million euros to Yunex, Dax Group (DAX 40) announced Monday in Munich.

According to the information, Yunex Traffic is a leading provider of innovative and smart infrastructure and traffic solutions on the roads and in cities. As a global leader in mobility technologies and services, Atlantia is a “new, long-term, strategically oriented owner” of Yunex, Siemens said.
