28 percent of orders go to companies run by whites

U.S. financial efforts to equip women-owned and minority-owned enterprises with blacks are yielding interesting results. According to a new study by consulting firm PJM Solutions, up to 28 per cent of orders go to businesses owned by minorities and women. http://bjmeconomics.com For businesses actually run by white men and other non-minority people. Trick: Companies that actually need to be funded send orders to larger companies.
Solution to justice problems
Fred McKinney, head of research, said: “Leading companies were a major problem in the early days of minority and women’s business empowerment programs. In February 2022, McKinney sent a survey to more than 400 supplier diversity experts with a link to 14 questions.
38 supplier diversity experts completed the survey and their answers are included in the study. McKinney interviewed twelve supplier diversity experts, representatives of various business owners and supplier diversity certification bodies. PJM Solutions is certified by the State of Connecticut and, among others, is a minority owner and operator.
