Vorgartenstraße: Youth club Nordbahnhof celebrated its 10th birthday

Exactly ten years ago, the Nordbahnhof Youth Center opened its doors. So, we have been invited to a colorful birthday party.

Vienna/Leopoldstadt. There was cause for celebration at Vorgartenstraße 116, because exactly ten years ago the Nordbahnhof youth club opened its doors there. Of course, this had to be celebrated in a decent manner.

Young people, comrades, supporters and neighbors were invited to the birthday party. The special feature: The theater program is designed by the kids themselves.

Elvis break dance performance

In addition to table football, a pinball machine, and a large bouncy castle in the park, the theater program also provided fun and entertainment. From breakdancing performances to Elvis performances to beatboxing and rap breaks, it was all there.

A buffet with a great birthday cake could not be missing. There were also Youth Center Director Manuela Smertnik, Youth Center Head Marina Hanke and District Director Aleksander Nikolaj (SPÖ).

Variety show for young people

Aside from the festival, young people between the ages of 9 and 19 are also welcome at the Nordbahnhof youth club. The youth facility provides rooms for group activities on several levels. There is also a youth café area. Billiards, table football, table tennis, board games, internet service and music system are also available.
