Note: Mr. Oleg Deripaska owns full (100%) beneficial ownership in Melisantis Limited and controls it through a trustee. Bradmion Holdings Ltd replaced C&P Trustees Limited and C&P Corporate Services Limited as trustees (trustees) of Mr. Oleg Deripaska. The replacement of the trustee (trustees) had no effect on Mr. Deripaska’s full control and beneficial ownership over the Millicants Ltd.
