Reform Martin is one of the best-known brands in Austrian retail. Warrify, a B2B SaaS company based in Lower Austria, specializes in digitizing sales data in real time. And now the two have found each other: Reform Martin has become a major customer and partner of the former startup warrify.
Step 1: Digitize paper receipts
“Together we will take the digitization of sales data to the next level and create entirely new possibilities in retargeting anonymous customers,” Simon Hassenauer, co-founder of Warrify and CEO of the CSO, wrote enthusiastically on Linkedin. But it’s all in the system. First, traditional paper receipts in more than 50 Reformstark Martin branches will be digitized. This means valuable resources can be saved significantly, which is also in line with Reformstark Martin’s sustainability commitment.
New touchpoints deny customers anonymity
After taking this step, both parties want to focus on personal customer engagement. This means: The introduction of digital receipts creates a new point of contact for customers. This aims to provide targeted information and interactions based on recent purchases and thus enable personal contact with customers. According to Hasenauer, anonymous customers can also be addressed: “With the help of our insights, we enable a personal customer approach after the purchase, regardless of whether they are existing registered customers or not.”
Future-oriented customer communication in retail
Founded in 2019, warrify aims to make shopping experiences more sustainable and personalized, and create future-oriented connections with customers in retail. “We are proud to pave the way for a data-driven future with Reform Martin,” said Hasenauer.
