The first trailer for the Nintendo Switch version of Lego Horizon Adventures has been released. The video was shown and released during a Nintendo Direct presentation on Tuesday. The action-adventure game was announced at Summer Game Fest this month and will be released this holiday season for PS5, PC, and Nintendo consoles. The game is being developed in collaboration between Sony's Guerrilla Games and Studio Gobo, and is described as a “fun and light-hearted story inspired by events in the Horizon universe.” It supports local and online co-op and allows up to two players to “accompany machine hunter Aloy as she leads a diverse group of heroes to save the world and learn the secrets of her past.”

LEGO Horizon Adventures: First hands-on is promising
LEGO Horizon Adventures was one of the big surprises at the Summer Games Festival. Some media representatives had the opportunity to try out the game and first impressions were more than positive.
The Lego-style world of Horizon
Testers were able to play the game in co-op mode and liked the graphics, animation, and gameplay. LEGO Horizon Adventures is said to feel like a “Lego movie” and the characters and world of Horizon Zero Dawn are perfectly executed in the Lego style.
Gameplay and combat system
The “fluid” and “engaging” animation was particularly praised. The combat system has been described as easy to learn but challenging.
Lots of variety
The game can be played in single-player and cooperative modes. Players can outfit Aloy with different outfits and even change buildings in the game world. The original voice actors from the Horizon games are back.
