“I’m obsessed”
Going shopping with her husband, the “cat” felt visibly uncomfortable. Katzenberger explained of her nagging pain, “I had pimples, periods, and flatulence. When I have my period, I’ve had a demon.”

Appeal: Normalizing “Satan”
What does Partner Cordalis say about this? “In the end, men usually suffer,” the singer says. He’s not really right about that, is he?
It is menstruating women who suffer, after all, who directly suffer from fluctuations in the hormonal balance, who have to endure pain and (monthly) changes in their body. Of course, those around you can sense mood swings – but by comparison this is the lesser of two evils, but it may not always be easy.

Thinking about “the greatest sadness” doesn’t work anyway. It would be more important not to consider PMS, physical or psychological disturbances and mood swings during menstruation a taboo topic, but rather to talk about them openly. Let’s be honest with each other and share our inner “devil” with others – because almost everyone knows it, and there is nothing embarrassing or unusual about it. And above all, you shouldn’t be ashamed of it.
