WWE 2K23 will be released on March 17th. At the same time, publisher 2K reveals its Game of the Year cover star. This is none other than John Cena. Too bad I can’t play the intro music in the lyrics at the moment, but just introduce it.
Shake the ring with John Cena
Information about the different versions is already available too. For example, you can buy a premium version and start the game three days early. No matter which version you ultimately choose, each version features the legendary John Cena. There are four versions in total – the Standard Edition, Cross Edition, Deluxe Edition, and Iconic Edition.
The Standard Edition includes the game and the Cross Edition gives you the game for the latest and current generation.
With the Deluxe Edition, you get the Season Pass for all five post-launch DLC packs, Mega Boost for MyRISE and SuperCharger, Ruby John Cena MyFACTION Evo Card, Gold Edge MyFACTION Card, Emerald Bianca Belair MyFACTION Card, Gold Asuka MyFACTION Card and last but not least three MyFACTION Basic Premium Launch card packs.
The Icon Edition includes everything you get in the Deluxe Edition, including the Ruthless Aggression Pack, which includes John Cena’s “Prototype” figure, plus “Leviathan” Batista, rookie versions of Brock Lesnar and Randy Orton, including John Cena Cena Legacy Championship and WrestleMania 22 Arena.
Pre-order bonus
The pre-order bonus gives you the chance to play as the music star Bad Bunny. Other than that, you have the chance to delve into John Cena’s career in show mode or get into the ring in a WarGames event. In this mode, you fight in 3v3 or 4v4 matches using two rings and a steel cage.
Online multiplayer is also available in MyFaction and an improved MyGM mode with new options and GMs. WWE 2K23 will be released on March 17, 2023 for PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5.
